ARMA member full symposium registration: $775 (until May 28), $875 (after May 28)

ARMA member full symposium registration includes access to the opening reception on Sunday, all technical sessions and keynote addresses, the exhibits, the awards banquet on Tuesday, all sponsored breaks, and other plenary events and proceedings during the symposium.

ARMA member one-day symposium registration: $335 (until May 28), $435 (after May 28)

ARMA member one-day symposium registration includes access to the keynote addresses and technical sessions, the exhibits, sponsored breaks, and other plenary events on the day of registration: Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. Tickets for the awards banquet can be added at time of registration.

Accessing ARMA member rates for symposium registration

The Sign-In link appears next to options with reduced member rates. Member login here is the same as on the main ARMA website. If this is your first login, select Request Password to receive a computer-generated password by email. Please note that reduced member rates are accessible only to current ARMA members. If your membership is past due, you can renew it in your member account on this website or at any time on the ARMA website. If you need help, please email support@armarocks.org.

Non-member full symposium registration: $875 (until May 28), $975 (after May 28)

Non-member one-day symposium registration: $385 (until May 28), $485 (after May 28)

Non-member one-day symposium registration includes access to the technical sessions and keynote addresses, the exhibits, sponsored breaks, and other plenary events on the day of registration: Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. Tickets for the awards banquet can be added at time of registration.

ARMA member rates for symposium registration

If you wish to take advantage of our member rates, you can join ARMA on the ARMA website. If you have registered for short courses or tours, you can also add membership in your non-member registrant account on this website.  Besides reduced rates for symposium registration, our member benefits include discounts on publications, subscription to our newsletter, and access to member-only web content, such as keynotes and other symposium materials which will be posted in July for our current members.

Student full symposium registration: $195 (until May 28), $295 (after May 28)

Student full symposium registration includes access to the opening reception on Sunday, all technical sessions and keynote lectures during the symposium, the exhibits, the awards banquet on Tuesday, all sponsored breaks, and other plenary events and proceedings during the symposium.

Complimentary symposium registration for student volunteers

Student volunteers help the organizers with symposium activities and receive complimentary full symposium registration. If you are interested in volunteer opportunities for students for the Golden 2020 symposium, please email Peter Smeallie, ARMA Executive Director, info@armarocks.org.

Student registration for training sessions and tours

You can register for additional events of interest on the Short Course, Workshop, and Technical Tour Registration page. Some short courses offer reduced rates for students. The educaiton session on 28 June is free and students are encouraged to attend.

Invitation to join ARMA as a student member

ARMA offers a highly reduced annual membership rate to students enrolled in a degree program. Our student member benefits include discounts on publications via OnePetro, subscription to our newsletter, and access to all member-only content on the ARMA website, such as keynotes and other symposium materials which will be made available in July for our current members. We also have an online student forum for discussions of interest especially to students. Many former student members continue to grow professionally through the ARMA Future Leaders program. You can join ARMA as a student member either on this website after your register for the symposium or at any time on the ARMA website.
