ARMA 2026 Showcase on Hydraulic Fracturing

The 60th US Rock Mechanics / Geomechanics Symposium of the American Rock Mechanics Association was held in Tucson, Arizona, USA, on 21-24 June 2026 in beautiful Loews Ventana Canyon Resort. With relation to hydraulic fracturing, one of the highlights of the symposium was the showcase session called ‘The Past and Future of Hydraulic Fracturing’. Showcase sessions consist of invited speakers who give presentations on a specific theme. It was very fortunate to have presentations by the distinguished and very experienced speakers, namely Emmanuel Detournay, Roberto Suarez-Rivera, and Mukul Sharma. All of them kindly agreed to publicly share their slides to spread the knowledge to a wider community.
